Spike designed Angry Zen in conjunction with Chef Orin Ford of O-Ramen Restaurant in Pullman, Washington. If you already can't tell, it was made specifically to pair with ramen. It has a solid pop of heat from green habanero, but that heat is bolstered by a backup of Moruga scorpion in order to keep the heat from becoming too diluted by the rich ramen broth.
